Please select the “Eco-Friendly Cleaning” as an add-on. THIS IS NOT AN EXTRA CHARGE. We will use vinegar and eco-friendly degreaser. We are not able to use all eco-friendly products for deep cleans or move in-out cleans. At times, we may need to use stronger products for toilets and showers. We will always let you know if we need to do so before proceeding.

When booking a Move Out or Move In clean, you can expect an all inclusive service. This is our most detailed package and includes 4 of the 7 extra services we offer which you can add to any level of service. These extras include: inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners. Notice: Please make sure your space is entirely empty, if we have to remove trash, we will have to bill you a junk removal rate of $100 per hour.

We recommend a deep cleaning, which allows us to get into the spaces that are normally missed, making cleaning a breeze for the future.

We’re committed to using eco-friendly products, but there are some instances when these cleaning products will not get your surface clean (think showers that have not been cleaned in a while). At that point we will notify you of the chemical used, and ask that you give it some time to air out.

We do not clean outside surfaces of the home, however Spökhund does have a sister company we would be glad to refer you to.

Please be honest with yourself on how often you clean, this will help us avoid having to reschedule time at a later date.

No, we base our prices based off the information that you provided us. We take great pride in the job we do as well as taking good care of our team members. We feel our prices reflect this.

Yes, this may seem odd for a service company, but this allows us to book our cleaners and verify your times. It also prevents fraud.

We will charge 50% of your service fee if canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours. We will charge 100% of your service fee if canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours. At our discretion, your cancellation charge may be credited to your account for future bookings. If you cancel or reschedule prior to your 48 hour window, you will not be charged any fee.

Monday–Friday: 8am–7pm

We only ask that you are home for the initial introduction, it helps us establish exactly what you are looking for out of our company (customer satisfaction is key) during our walkthrough. After that you DO NOT need to be there, just arrange a way for our cleaners to get in.

This is the preferred method. After we have done our initial walkthrough, we ask that you leave a key or a code. That way our cleaners can come and make your place sparkle.

We will not clean if someone is smoking indoors, this provides an unsafe cleaning environment for our team members.

Every person who steps into your home has been checked at both the State and Federal level. We go through a thorough process to vet our team members.

That is our goal, however our cleaners are humans as well, and some of the time they will take a vacation or get sick. In that case they will be replaced by another quality cleaning technician.

Tipping is encouraged, but not required. Our team members work extremely hard, and we like to see them rewarded and recognized. The amount is solely at the discretion of the homeowner.

During our walkthrough we highly encourage priceless items to be pointed out. We WILL not touch these objects. With that being said, breaks happen sometimes. Please reach out to us so we can work with our insurance to get you covered as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, call us immediately so we can set up a time to send a new team out to correct the problem. If you are still not satisfied with the work, we will offer a partial refund.

The client must allow us the opportunity to fix our shortcomings before a partial refund is offered.

Generally, this has to do with the house not being as clean as originally stated. If this happens you will need to reschedule more time.
